Outdoor Group Training
What:
Outdoor Group Training (OGT) is the ultimate workout for your body. It consists of a full body workout that catapults you towards any physical or psychological goal you may have. The rewards are motivating and life changing.
The workout is intense and makes any goal easier to achieve. It is a workout that will allow you to get to know yourself better with a group of people ready to support you. It will change your life.
Why:
Because you are worth it. Every person has the opportunity to experience a fit, strong, flexible, healthy body in their lifetime. Words cannot describe how good it feels to have a body you are proud of. This is an experience in life that will give you that feeling.
Who:
This workout is for everyone, there is no limit to age or fitness level. There are participants who are very fit and ready to support and inspire everyone that is on their way to experiencing health and fitness freedom. No matter how unfit you may think you are, you will always feel included and accepted in the workout.
When:
The workout is on every Tuesday afternoon, 5:30 - 6:30pm, Roma St Parklands (meeting point just up from the lake precinct)
Your investment = $20.
I have found that the PT studio provides me with more personal attention than a gym. In the studio I get one-on-one dedicated time with my trainer who guides and supports me both physically and emotionally to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend it to everyone!- Helen
